Documents Required
- PAN Card of the Business Entity / Proprietor.
- Aadhaar Card of the Proprietor / Partners / Directors.
- Proof of Business Address (Electricity Bill, Rent Agreement, and NOC from landlord).
- Bank Account Proof (Cancelled Cheque, Bank Statement, or Passbook copy).
- Proof of Constitution (Partnership Deed, COI, or Registration Certificate).
Step-by-Step Registration Process
Document Collection & Verification
You upload the required documents. Our tax experts verify them for correctness to prevent rejection by the GST department.
Application Preparation & Submission
We prepare the GST registration application (Form GST REG-01) on the GST Portal, map the appropriate HSN/SAC codes, and submit it using DSC or EVC.
ARN Generation & Tracking
Once submitted, an Application Reference Number (ARN) is generated. We monitor the application status and respond to queries (clarifications) raised by the tax officer, if any.
GSTIN & Certificate Issuance
Upon approval, the GST Registration Certificate (Form GST REG-06) containing your unique 15-digit GSTIN is issued. We download it and hand it over to you.
